I recently noticed that older I get the more people ask me for advice.  Not necessarily on huge events but simple things such as how do you make stuffed peppers?  Do you feel bad leaving your children at home to go out for a few hours?  What did you have to do when you got married to change your last name?

I have also noticed that with those questions I enjoy it.  I love being able to answer questions and share my opinions and answers.

Now the negative is when someone asks me for a recipe or how I make this or that, I have no numbers.  SO my answer to her was this:

Stuffed Peppers

Cook your rice usually 1 cup uncooked rice.  Cook at least 4 peppers submerged in water until tender.  Brown your choice of meat, add onion, green pepper, red pepper, yellow pepper, salt, pepper and some garlic cloves.  Cook until tender then add your choice of sauce.  (I usually make homemade tomato sauce with chunks of tomato.)  Combine rice and meat mixture stuffing into peppers.  Then I had more sauce on top and your choice of cheese.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.

So as you can see it’s not detailed but in general.  I am like that with every recipe.  The point is I was glad to share and it made me feel good inside that someone cared enough to ask me.  Whether or not she made it or not; well that’s a story for another day I suppose.

I like to share my opinion so much that I do a lot of survey’s as well.  Always telling the truth.  If I do not like a product or what I am talking about in the survey, believe me it will be known.  I do like to make my opinion known loud and clear!!

My philosophy, “Don’t ask if you don’t want to know.”
